Inbox & Data Storage in Trovi
How it works
- Unique company email – each company gets its own unique email address (e.g.,
xasksas15ssa@data.trovi.sk
).
- Receiving documents – any files sent to this address (invoices, receipts, contracts, orders…) will appear in your Data Storage.
- Processing – open a message, assign a document type (e.g., Receipt, Document, Expense document) and add tags.
- Tags – tags only work if you click Save after adding them. When processing into the Receipts or Documents section, tags are transferred together with the document.
- Two ways of processing:
- Process the entire message – send all attachments at once to one section (e.g., all to Receipts).
- Process individual attachments – in the Attachments section at the bottom, select a document type for each file and send it individually to the right section using the arrow button ➝. This way, you can split one message into multiple sections (e.g., a receipt to Receipts, a contract to Documents).
- Overview & filters – use search and filters by sender, client, attachments, or tags to quickly find what you need.

❓ FAQ
Can I send multiple documents in one email?
Yes – all attachments are stored in Data Storage. When processing, you can choose to send them all at once (Process the entire message) or handle each file separately.

Use filters or search to quickly find and process only the messages you need.
Can I leave a message unprocessed in the inbox?
Yes – you can keep messages in Data Storage and return to them later anytime.
